Preparation for a Regatta
The manager and the coach will discuss with the team what is necessary for each regatta.
Generally, the Ice Breaker and Early Bird Regatta require the teams to bring their own shelter, tables and chairs etc.
At more substantial regatta such as the Nationals Champs, the entry fee typically includes rental for a marquee, trestle tables and a chair per crew member. Most regatta will have onsite food vendors, coffee carts etc.
The team manager will normally delegate a couple of Team members to organise (bring) suitable food and drink for the team during the day.
